I am a yoga professional passionate about teaching people to live better in their bodies. I make yoga accessible to those who think they "can't do it" because they're too old, not flexible, had a bad prior yoga experience, or just haven't found their yoga "home". I want my future students to know it's never too late to start, and my offerings will meet you where you're at - physically and mentally. Practicing with me will positively affect your energy and well-being, your balance and movement, and the overall quality of your health.
