Wednesdays, 9:30-10:30 am
Yoga for Healthy Aging. Mat yoga with breath-work and poses for strength, flexibility, cardiovascular health, and balance. Extensive use of props make this class safe and effective to keep our bodies strong and agile, and our minds at ease.
Tuesday and Thursdays, 8:30-9:30 am
Hatha style slow flow. Level 1-2 class suitable for all yogis with pose breakdown and modifications offered. Time dedicated to breath-work at the beginning of class and final relaxation at the end. This class will leave you energized, yet relaxed and renewed.
Terms and Conditions: Class packages are charged at the beginning of the 4 week period, and automatically renew every 4 weeks. You may cancel at any time. Charges will be suspended for vacations or well-being issues lasting 2 weeks or longer, after the end of the second week, at the request of the participant. Any fees accrued due to charge backs or non-sufficient funds are the responsibility of the payee.
