Yoga at Elements

Small classes allow for individual attention.
Mondays, 7:00-8:15 pm*
Hatha style slow flow, Level 1-2, with modifications. More time dedicated to breathwork at the beginning of class and enhanced final relaxation at the end. Newer yogis welcome. Each class is 75 minutes.
*The Monday evening class requires text or call on that day (or before) to confirm attendance.
Wednesdays, 9:30-10:30 am
Yoga for Healthy Aging. Mat yoga with breath work and poses for strength, flexibility, cardiovascular health, and balance. Extensive use of props make this class safe and effective to keep our bodies strong and agile, and our minds at ease.
Tuesday and Thursdays, 8:30-9:30 am
Level 1-2 class suitable for all yogis with pose breakdown and modifications offered. This class will leave you energized, yet relaxed and renewed.
