Yoga at Elements

Mondays, 7:00-8:15 pm*

Hatha style slow flow, Level 1-2, with modifications. Newer yogis welcome. Each class is 75 minutes.

Wednesdays, 9:30-10:30 am

Yoga for Healthy Aging. Mat yoga with breath work and poses for strength, flexibility, cardiovascular health, and balance. Extensive use of props make this class safe and effective to keep our bodies strong and agile, and our minds at ease.
