I love this healthy meal replacement shake when I'm craving something out of the ordinary to delight my taste buds. Just mix it all in a blender and enjoy the healthy balance of protein, calcium, healthy fat, and low carbohydrates.
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- zest and juice of half a lime
- 3 scoops Nutrimeal Free
- 1/2 tsp coconut oil
- a few sprigs of fresh mint or several drops of pure mint extract (I like the oil vs alcohol based available at the health food store)
- optional: small handful of kale or spinach
